GONG CHA REBRANDING 

Gong Cha is a Taiwanese style drink bar brand originating in Taiwan .Gong Cha's first Hong Kong store was established in 2006 by a native Hong Konger who lived in Taiwan for 5 years. As of 2012, it had about 46 stores in Hong Kong, mainly at shopping malls but the number of shops has been reduced to 5 due to business decline due to some food safety scandal. Gong Cha serves a total of about 57 different drinks, which can be divided into seven categories: specialty products, brewed tea and milk tea, "creative mix", coffee, "healthy drink range" and iced smoothies.
